Job Overview

We are looking for an SDE – Fullstack responsible for leading and mentoring a team of full-stack developers to build scalable, high-performance applications. The candidate will focus on developing robust, maintainable, and efficient software solutions that power the platform. The role includes designing and optimizing frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless integration, and maintaining high availability of services.

What Will You Do?

• Build scalable and loosely coupled services to extend the platform
• Develop secure and reliable API integrations with third-party services
• Enhance infrastructure availability and application performance
• Take ownership of code, technology decisions, and large-scale AWS applications
• Mentor and lead a team of full-stack engineers
• Optimize frontend/backend performance, caching mechanisms, and APIs
• Implement security best practices for applications and user data
• Stay updated with emerging full-stack technologies
• Contribute to open-source projects and technical blogs

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Python
• Experience in consumer-facing web/app product development
• Hands-on experience with Express.js, Koa.js, or Socket.io
• Strong understanding of async programming, promises, and async/await
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, AJAX, and React.js
• Working knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, and MySQL
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Operating Systems
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, ELB, AutoScaling, CloudFront, and S3
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices
• Ability to troubleshoot complex full-stack issues and improve systems continuously

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time applications
• Experience with Vue.js will be an added advantage
