Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor SFD (Spray Fluidized Dryer) systems efficiently
- Handle start-up and shutdown activities of SFD equipment
- Maintain process parameters such as temperature, pressure, airflow, and feed rate
- Ensure proper drying and product quality as per production standards
- Monitor utility consumption and process performance
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and housekeeping activities
- Coordinate with Production, QC, and Maintenance departments
- Maintain batch records, logbooks, and production documentation
- Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines during operations
- Identify and report process deviations or equipment abnormalities
