Job Description:

Position Title Electrical Project Coordinator Department Projects / Electrical Reporting To Project Manager / Senior Management Job Location Faridabad (Haryana) Travel Requirement Candidate must be comfortable for extensive Pan India travel as per project and site requirements. Salary Offered ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 CTC per month (Final compensa on shall be based on candidate’s experience, technical knowledge, communica on skills, and interview performance.) Experience Required Minimum 7 Years of relevant experience in Electrical Installa on, Project Coordina on, and Project Execu on. Educational Quali ication  Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifica on from a recognized ins tute/university. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Electrical Project Coordinator who can independently handle and coordinate mul ple electrical projects across various loca ons in India. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in electrical installa on and project execu on along with excellent coordina on, repor ng, and communica on skills. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in site execu on, project planning, vendor coordina on, client handling, and project monitoring. The role requires a highly responsible and proac ve professional capable of ensuring mely comple on of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Roles & Responsibilities  Coordinate and supervise mul ple electrical projects simultaneously across different project loca ons.  Monitor electrical installa on and execu on ac vi es at sites as per approved drawings and project melines.  Ensure mely comple on of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.  Prepare project schedules, execu on plans, DPRs, progress reports, and coordina on updates for management.  Coordinate effec vely with clients, contractors, vendors, consultants, site engineers, and internal departments.  Review and understand electrical drawings, layouts, BOQs, SLDs, and technical documents using AutoCAD.  Handle site-related technical issues and ensure mely resolu on to avoid project delays.  Ensure proper planning and availability of material, manpower, tools, and site resources.  Conduct regular project follow-ups and maintain proper project documenta on and repor ng.  Monitor project progress, execu on quality, billing support, and site produc vity.  Ensure adherence to safety protocols, company standards, and client requirements at all project sites.  Visit project sites across India as and when required for execu on, inspec on, coordina on, and project review ac vi es. Required Skills & Competencies  Strong prac cal knowledge of Electrical Installa on and Project Execu on.  Working knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.  Excellent communica on skills and fluency in English are mandatory.  Strong coordina on, leadership, and team handling capabili es.  Ability to handle mul ple projects and work under pressure within strict melines.  Good understanding of project planning, execu on, repor ng, and documenta on.  Strong analy cal and problem-solving abili es.  Proficiency in MS Office, project repor ng, and documenta on management.  Candidate should be proac ve, disciplined, responsible, and result-oriented. Preferred Industry Experience Candidates having experience in the following sectors shall be preferred:  Railway Projects  Infrastructure Projects  Industrial Electrical Projects  Commercial Electrical Projects  EPC Projects Preferred Candidate Pro ile  Candidate should possess strong professional ethics and ownership mindset.  Working knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.  Excellent communica on skills with fluency in English are mandatory.  Must be capable of independently managing site coordina on and execu on ac vi es.  Should be comfortable working in dynamic project environments and travelling extensively across India.  Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter no ce periods will be preferred.
