Job Description:
Job Title: Account Executive
Location: New Delhi
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sales Target – Accountable for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives for the designated portal and the broader of Company brand sales through the ecommerce platform.
- Business Development - In charge of facilitating the brand's integration onto new Ecommerce platforms and ensuring the widespread availability of Company products across all online retail channels.
- Finance – Responsible for managing payables and receivables for the designated Portals, ensuring accurate financial oversight and accountability.
- Key Account Management
- Manage assigned Ecommerce vendor & Seller Portal.
- Create & update listing details in bulk mode across ecommerce marketplaces.
- Upload & Monitor Consumer promo, Visibility across all ecommerce channels.
- Marketing – Create & Manage ads campaign, deals, Coupon and other promotional assets across ecommerce portals.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with Key customers to increase the brand's online presence.
- Performance & Market Analysis:
- Identify emerging E-Commerce trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Implement action plans to capitalize on these trends.
- Track & Analyze Performance metrics for online marketplaces & provide insight through weekly report.
- Track and optimize sales performance at both the channel and SKU level.
- Ecommerce Optimization:
- Optimize product listings and data feeds to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Optimize product Images as per portals algorithm.
- Create & Upload A+ content across marketplaces
- Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising teams to create compelling online product listings.
- D2C Website Management:
- Manage D2C website performance, inventory, Listing, Operation, Competitor analysis.
- Address consumer product inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Operation Management:
- Ensure timely and complete order fulfilment.
- Oversee and monitor inventory availability.
- Minimize chargebacks and ensure compliance
