Sales Executive ( Luxury Watch)
Job Description:
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class luxury retail experience to walk-in clients and premium customers
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable luxury watch collections
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge including brand heritage, craftsmanship, movement types, and watch features
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling techniques
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value customers and VIP clientele
- Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and luxury brand presentation guidelines
- Handle billing, inventory management, stock audits, and daily sales reporting efficiently
- Coordinate with management on customer feedback, sales trends, and inventory requirements

- Excellent grooming and professional appearance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for luxury retail and premium customer service
- Experience in luxury watches, jewellery, eyewear, premium fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands
- Strong sales and relationship-building capabilities
- Basic MS Office knowledge
