Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager – Casting / Melting at Chakan in Pune

Job Description:

Qualification: Diploma / BE Engineer (Mechanical, Production, Automobile) on a full-time basis role in the Production Department.
Experience:  3 to 5 years of experience in foundry operations, casting, and melting, preferably in investment casting.
Work location: Chakan in Pune

Job Description:
1. Ensure compliance of casting process parameters for various parts in daily production to Complete casting production as per plan provided by Planning Department.
2. Plan heat treatment cycle of castings on a weekly basis.
3. Plan maintenance of equipment in the department to ensure minimum breakdown.
4. Coordinate with vendors to tackle any breakdown maintenance activity which may arise during production.
5. Plan manpower shift
6. Maintain cleanliness and 5S in department

Sills required:
Work Experience required: 3 Years’ experience in a Casting Industry.
Candidates having experience working in a foundry will be preferred.
