Manager Administration - Thane, Mumbai

Job Description:

This role is responsible to oversee all building-related activities and ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning for all our branches. The manager will be expected to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs.

• Responsible for monitoring and managing the major assets and technologies within the workplace to ensure maximum return on investment
• Accountable for overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including cleaning, catering, technology and so on
• Accoutable for resolving all the complaints generated in regards to the repair and maintenance of all office related equipments
• Responsible to ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
• Accountable to plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments
• Resposible for review of utilities consumption and accordingly allocate office space, stationery and equipments in order to minimize costs
• Accountable to ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
