Job Description:
To drive compliance, transparency, and operational excellence by executing, recording, and monitoring internal HR policies. This role owns the end-to-end configuration of HR training programs and ensures strict alignment with manufacturing sector regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Policy Execution & Control
- Implement corporate HR policies across all plant operations and corporate offices.
- Audit internal processes regularly to ensure total compliance with labor laws.
- Standardize operating procedures to maintain consistency across shift rotations.
- Resolve policy grievances by conducting fair and well-documented internal investigations.
- Mitigate compliance risks by updating policies in line with new statutory laws.
Documentation & Recording
- Maintain the central repository for all HR policies, frameworks, and amendments.
- Log employee acknowledgments, policy violations, and corrective action plans systematically.
- Prepare monthly compliance dashboards and audit readiness reports for leadership.
- Digitize historical policy records to ensure instant data retrieval during external audits.
Training Configuration & Delivery
- Configure and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for policy training.
- Design specialized training modules on prevention of sexual harassment (POSH), safety, and ethics.
- Schedule mandatory policy refresher courses for both shop-floor workers and staff.
- Track training completion metrics and generate compliance certificates for employees.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Competencies
- Policy Administration: Deep knowledge of factory acts, labor laws, and manufacturing regulations.
- LMS Configuration: Hands-on experience setting up, mapping, and tracking training modules.
- HRIS & Documentation: Proficiency in SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar HR databases.
- Data Analytics: Ability to generate trends from compliance logs and training metrics.
Behavioral Competencies
- Attention to Detail: Precision in recording policy exceptions and audit data.
- Assertive Communication: Ability to enforce rules neutrally across all organizational levels.
- Problem Solving: Skill in resolving complex workplace conflicts and policy grey areas.
Education
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Law.
- Preferred: Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) in HR or Industrial Relations.
