Job Description:

The Acquisition Manager is responsible for acquiring High Net Worth Individual (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNI) clients for wealth management services. The role involves client acquisition, relationship building, investment advisory coordination, and revenue generation through financial products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Insurance etc. Key Responsibilities • Acquire new HNI/UHNI clients through networking, referrals, and market • Promote wealth management products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Structured Products, Insurance, Bonds etc • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual acquisition targets. • Generate and increase Assets Under Management (AUM). • Ensure smooth onboarding, KYC completion, and compliance adherence. • Maintain strong lead pipelines through events, references, and business development activities. • Stay updated with market trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory changes. Required Skills & Competencies • Strong client acquisition and sales skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Relationship management and networking skills • Sound understanding of financial markets and investment products • Target-oriented and self-motivated approach • Negotiation and problem-solving skills Educational Qualification • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
