  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify team-specific vacancy requirements and track candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and draft formal offer letters.
  • Lead employee orientation and manage the data collection for seamless system onboarding.
2. HR Operations & Database Management
  • Maintain HR Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure all digital records, payroll modifications, and contract files are precise.

  • Execute data change requests for routine personnel updates, job transfers, or salary variations.
  • Process exit formalities, tracking required paperwork and coordinating final settlement activities.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding company policies, perks, and standard procedures.
  • Resolve routine grievances and ticket requests swiftly using predefined company frameworks.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal team-building programs to bolster corporate culture.
4. Payroll Support & Statutory Compliance
  • Compile timecard and expense data monthly to share verified payroll files with the Finance division.
  • Verify adherence to legal standards and employment regulations to mitigate local compliance risks.
  • Assist with monthly statutory submissions, insurance enrollments, and coordinate regular compliance checks.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
