Job Description:
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Back Office to support the domestic marketing and sales team. This role focuses on coordination, client communication, technical assistance, and smooth execution of sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support & Coordination
- Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, and order processing
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries
- Follow up regularly on quotations and payments
2. Technical Assistance
- Provide technical product information to customers
- Coordinate with engineering and product teams to resolve queries
- Assist in product demonstrations and presentations
3. Order & Logistics Management
- Process sales orders and track delivery schedules
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
- Handle order modifications, returns, and after-sales support
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively
- Collect customer feedback and share it with internal teams
5. Documentation & Support
- Maintain technical documentation such as product manuals and specifications
- Support post-sales issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
- Knowledge of engineering drawings
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good coordination and organizational abilities
Preferred Profile
- Experience in sales support/back-office operations
- Exposure to manufacturing or engineering industry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and client interactions efficiently
