Job Description:
About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to join Abbott's Regulatory Operations team under the Established Pharma Division (EPD). The role involves managing and processing regulatory documents, ensuring compliance with formatting standards, and supporting smooth submission of regulatory packages.

Process and manage regulatory/pharmaceutical documents using document management tools (DMS, RIMS) - Perform quality checks on own and team members' documents to ensure compliance with companies & Regulatory Authority standards
- Coordinate with Operations, Regulatory, and Publishing teams to meet submission deadlines
- Manage MRP & PSP inventories and related documents in DMS; handle QM document coordination
- Upload documents on RIMS and maintain accurate records
- Support departmental projects and assist less experienced team members
- Contribute to developing training materials and setting operational standards
- Assist in process improvement, system enhancements, and troubleshooting software/process issues
Work Details:
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Work Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional extended hours may be required for business-critical tasks)
- Leave & Benefits: As per Companies contract policy
