Specific Requirement - 
  • Should have experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn.
  • Should have exposure to mass hiring and handling end-to-end recruitment including screening, interviewing and reference & background checks. 
  • Should have exposure only in sales recruitment closures.  
  • 2 years in one organisation
  • Target oriented
  • Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days
Position Overview: Recruiter profile requires developing and implementing recruiting plans and strategies to fulfill the company's staffing needs. Drive the entire recruitment cycle and be adept at understanding where and how to locate candidates. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Screening resumes
  • Facilitating and conducting in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Administering appropriate company assessments
  • Conducting reference and background checks
  • Making recommendations to the company hiring managers and coordinating interviews with them
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are effectively met
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • Conducting exit interviews upon employees' termination
