Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition
Job Description:
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience hiring across ground-level, middle-management, and senior-level hospitality roles.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage complete recruitment lifecycle independently.
•Handle bulk and niche hiring for hospitality operations.
•Recruit front-end service staff, kitchen, Housekeeping and operational associates.
•Source, screen, interview and coordinate with candidates and HoD’s efficiently.
•Build strong pipelines for hospitality talent across multiple levels.
•Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
•Handle hiring through job portals, references, consultants and field recruitment.
•Ensure timely closures for urgent and high-volume positions.
•Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
Required Experience & Skills
•Prior experience in hospitality industry recruitment is mandatory.
•Strong exposure to hiring:
o F&B Service
o Kitchen / Production Staff
o Housekeeping
o Kitchen Stewarding ( KST)
•Supervisors & Managers
•Corporate & Leadership Roles
•Experience handling ground-level, middle-level, and top-level hiring.
•Ability to work independently and manage recruitment pressure.
•Strong communication and coordination skills.
•Good network within hospitality hiring ecosystem preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
•Female candidates preferred.
•Experience working with restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, catering brands, or hospitality groups.
•Immediate joiners preferred.
Additional Details :
1. Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Any 2 Saturdays off)
2. Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (9 working hours)
3. Interview Process: Face-to-face interview process comprising 2–3 rounds
4. Age Criteria: Up to 35 years
5. Job Location: Andheri East
6. Required Qualification: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s in Hotel Management will be an added advantage)
