Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving revenue through project specifications and retail network expansion. You will bridge the gap between technical product knowledge (flow rates, finishes, installation) and luxury lifestyle sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Channel Development: Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors to expand our market footprint.
• Influencer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, and MEP Consultants to get our products specified in high-value projects.
• Project Sales: Track upcoming residential and commercial projects; conduct site visits and deliver persuasive technical presentations to builders and contractors.
• Product Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends in bathroom technology (e.g., PVD finishes, thermostatic mixers, etc.).
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, new product launches, and market trends to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
• After-Sales Coordination: Ensure seamless delivery schedules and coordinate with the technical team for any installation or service-related queries.
Locations-
West Bengal (Paschim Medinipur, Hooghly, Bardhaman) • Punjab (Jallandhar) • Karnataka (Mandya, Mysore, Chikmagaluru, Dakshin Kannada, Udupi, Shimoga, Davangere, Tumkur, Chitra Durga)
Experience 3–8 years in Sales (experience in Building Materials, Tiles, or Sanitaryware preferred).
Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Communication Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to negotiate with high-net-worth clients.

• The "Design Eye": A keen interest in interior design of washrooms and the ability to help clients visualize a "complete bathroom solution."
• Resilience: The "building materials" cycle can be long; we need someone who can nurture leads over months until the project closes.
• Network: An existing database of dealers, local architects or builders is a massive plus.
