Sales (Business Development)
Job Description:
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales to support our business development team. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will manage inbound leads generated through Meta and Google ad campaigns, qualify prospects, schedule meetings/site visits, and support the senior sales team during demos and client interactions.
Unlike traditional cold calling, you will be engaging with warm leads who have already shown interest in our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Calling & Qualification
Contact inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
Understand client requirements, property details, and operational challenges
Qualify leads and explain relevant solutions based on customer needs
Handle objections related to pricing, competitors, and timelines professionally
Maintain accurate updates in the CRM after every interaction
Follow up regularly with inactive or pending leads to drive conversions
Demo & Site Visit Coordination
Schedule and coordinate site visits with RWAs, facility managers, and building operators
Brief the senior sales team before client meetings and demos
Attend demos/site visits whenever required
Ensure timely follow-up after meetings to maintain sales momentum
Sales Support & Market Feedback
Participate in weekly sales review meetings
Share customer insights and feedback gathered from conversations
Suggest improvements to calling scripts and follow-up approaches
Report lead quality trends and campaign effectiveness to the team
Mandatory Skills
Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada
Comfortable handling calling-based sales interactions
Good organisational and follow-up skills to manage multiple active leads
Positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection and feedback constructively
Willingness to travel within Bangalore for client meetings and demos
