Job Description:
Core Responsibilities
- Drive in-store sales by actively engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products to achieve sales targets.
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, stock handling, billing support, and maintaining store discipline.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and high performance.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising and store presentation standards to create a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize stock loss or shrinkage.
- Build strong customer relationships by handling inquiries, resolving complaints professionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and implement strategies to improve store sales and overall productivity.

- Pleasing personality with a polished and professional appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong luxury retail and in-store sales skills
- Ability to deliver premium customer service and personalized client experience
- Strong understanding of luxury products, branding, and customer expectations
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in luxury watch premium retail industry
- Knowledge of luxury watch brands and product features
- Strong client relationship management and upselling skills
- Experience handling VIP customers and high-ticket sales
- Familiarity with visual merchandising and luxury store presentation standards
