Job Description:

Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Automation & Systems Focus

📍 Location: Patna (Head Office)

💰 Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹90,000/month (Best for the right candidate)

We are looking for a Tech-Savvy CFO who can transform our finance operations from a manual setup into a fully automated, system-driven ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Lead ERP implementation & financial automation
Automate billing, payment tracking & reporting systems
Develop real-time dashboards for Cash Flow, P&L & Aging Reports
Monitor Railway Tender & Retail Branding operations across multiple cities
Ensure zero revenue leakage, strong internal controls & compliance
Manage GST, Income Tax, Bank Guarantees & financial planning
Support business expansion through strategic financial management
Candidate Requirements
12–18 years of Finance experience
Minimum 5 years in CFO / Head Finance role
CA preferred | MBA Finance can also apply
Strong knowledge of ERP & BI tools (Tally, Zoho, SAP B1, Odoo, Dynamics, etc.)
Experience in transforming traditional/manual businesses into digital systems
Background in Advertising, Infrastructure or Project-based companies preferred
Must be willing to work from Patna & travel occasionally
