Receptionist / Front Desk Executive – at Grant Road - Clinic

About the Role

We are looking for a well-presented and organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our clinic. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

The role involves a mix of patient-facing and administrative responsibilities — from answering calls and scheduling appointments to managing billing and maintaining records. You will work closely with the clinical team to coordinate patient flow and ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with computers (MS Word and Excel), communicates well in English, and can handle a busy environment with calm and composure. Prior experience in a medical clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage, though not a requirement — a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Gamdevi, Mumbai, with two available shifts to suit different schedules.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel with good typing speed and data entry accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Pleasant, patient-oriented demeanour with a professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Prior exposure to healthcare or clinic administration is an added advantage.
  
  

  WORK SCHEDULE 

  Working Days	Monday to Saturday
  Work Hours	8 hours per day
  Shift 1	9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  Shift 2	11:30 AM – 7:30 PM
