Head - Retail Collections| Mumbai
• Responsible for developing & implementing strategic plans to enhance collections
• The role holder will be responsible for driving the collection and collection efficiency across retail asset products, micro MSME and newly acquired SME Portfolio.
• The position holder will be responsible for Collections and early bucket/ early hard bucket collections/ portfolio analytics, allocation strategy, early bucket calling etc.
• To ensure quick Deliveries with due adherence to the overall Portfolio quality, Process and policy parameters.
• Right from team set up to the execution of deliverables, he would be acting as a strategic mentor to the team.
• To bring the best practices in the market across competition & get that implemented for the ultimate customer satisfaction
• Manages & controls the operating framework for the department, provides guidance and support, ensure implementation and review of work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and continuous improvement.
• Design & Drive strategy across all the product vertical.
• Drive Agency architecture / Process between units
• Managing Cost effectiveness
• Monitors case to case basis high value / Strategic customers, wherever interventions are required.
• Assist in creating a MIS framework for collections and its critical metrics
• Drive Process improvements to enhance recovery and collections practices
• Set up and effective management of Call Center
• Agency Management
• Bureau Management, bureau scrubs for incremental data inputs for collections.
• Manage Analytic driven Risk Segmentation in Collections
• Supports the development of the work force plan for the Region by providing inputs on Collection Forecasts
• Works in close collaboration with Business & Support team for speedy redressal of all issues
• To work closely with legal Counsel, various levels of management on sensitive collection situations
• Ensures vendors, in-house staffs and processes are complaint from audit perspectives as well as guidelines laid down by company policy
• Periodically review, identify & take necessary action steps to reduce risk associated with any internal/external processes
Experience: 15 to 20 years
Qualifications:
Graduation (Any Specialization)
