About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate for a globally renowned luxury lifestyle brand specializing in premium handcrafted artistic creations. The ideal candidate should have strong retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a luxury retail environment.

The role involves boutique sales operations, customer relationship management, visual merchandising, and achieving sales targets while maintaining premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and luxury in-store experience
  • Drive retail sales and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable premium products
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Manage store opening and closing activities
  • Maintain inventory records and stock coordination
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per brand guidelines
  • Handle customer database management and follow-ups
  • Execute weekly sales plans and promotional activities
  • Maintain accurate reports and operational documentation
  • Develop strong product knowledge and brand understanding

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1–5 years of experience in luxury retail, premium retail, jewelry, lifestyle, fashion, or home décor brands
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong customer handling and relationship-building ability
  • Good computer and reporting skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven personality
  • Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment
  • Fluent in English
