SR. SECURITY SUPERVISOR FOR STEEL TRADING - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

• Access Control: Supervise the entry and exit of staff, visitors, and commercial vehicles (especially trucks transporting raw steel and finished products).
• Asset & Material Protection: Prevent theft, pilferage, and unauthorized access to valuable inventory by conducting routine perimeter and facility patrols.
• Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and evaluate security guards; manage duty rosters and ensure team discipline.
• Surveillance Operations: Monitor CCTV systems, fire alarms, and alarm panels to identify hazards or suspicious activity.
• Incident Management: Serve as the first responder during emergencies (fires, accidents), and coordinate with local management and law enforcement if necessary.
• Compliance & Reporting: Maintain meticulous visitor logs, gate passes, and incident reports; conduct safety and vulnerability audits. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

• Experience: Typically requires  5 years of experience in industrial or plant security, preferably within the metal or manufacturing sectors.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating CCTV networks, basic computer knowledge for reporting, and emergency response training.
