Key Responsibilities:
Guide customers regarding vehicle insurance policies and renewals
Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing
Handle insurance documentation and customer queries
Follow up for policy renewals and pending claims
Maintain records and ensure timely updates
Requirements:
Good communication and customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge required
Experience in insurance or automobile industry preferred
