Orbit Global HR Consultancy is hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for a leading beverage company in Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG or beverage sales, distributor management, team handling, and market expansion across Karnataka.
The candidate will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, managing distributor networks, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence across General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across Karnataka region
- Handle distributor and dealer network management
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Appoint and manage distributors
- Lead sales team and field operations
- Expand retail and market coverage
- Execute trade promotions and market activations
- Monitor secondary sales and collections
- Conduct regular market visits and performance reviews
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and retailers
Required Skills

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 6–10 years of FMCG/Beverage sales experience
- Minimum 2–3 years in ASM/RSM role
- Experience in Karnataka market is mandatory
- MBA preferred
