Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Spare Parts Executive to manage inventory, coordinate spare parts sales, and ensure timely availability of automobile components. The candidate should have good knowledge of automobile spare parts, inventory handling, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts inventory and stock availability.
• Handle inward and outward movement of spare parts.
• Coordinate with service and sales teams for parts requirements.
• Maintain inventory records and prepare stock reports.
• Ensure timely procurement of required automobile parts.
• Assist customers and technicians in identifying suitable spare parts.
• Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Maintain proper documentation and billing related to spare parts.
• Ensure cleanliness and systematic arrangement of the spare parts store.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in any discipline preferred.
• Experience in automobile spare parts management is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and inventory management skills.
• Familiarity with automobile components and accessories.
