Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 1–2 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help the organization make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Create dashboards and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Identify trends, patterns, and business insights from data.
• Support management with data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain data accuracy and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.
• Generate ad-hoc reports as per business requirements.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas).
• Basic understanding of SQL and databases.
• Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, or related field.
• Certification in Data Analytics will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS, or Reporting role preferred.
