  • Office Management: Overseeing daily front-office activities, managing supplies, and ensuring facilities run smoothly.
  • Data & Records: Maintaining digital and physical filing systems, database management, and handling confidential information.
  • Reporting: Compiling data for daily, weekly, or monthly MIS reports.
  • Coordination: Acting as a liaison between different departments, staff, vendors, and clients.
  • Travel & Calendar Management: Booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels) and scheduling meetings for management
