Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and develop new customers for printing and packaging solutions.
• Generate leads through market visits, networking, exhibitions, referrals, and digital channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with production/design teams for suitable solutions.

Client Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams for artwork approval, production schedules, dispatches, and payment follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain customer database and MIS reports.

Branding & Promotion

• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Enhance company visibility in target markets.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare sales forecasts and periodic marketing reports.
• Update CRM/customer records regularly.
• Monitor receivables and customer payment status.

Required Skills
