Job Description:
Role Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Sales Executives to handle inbound customer calls, explain services/products, convert leads into customers, and maintain positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
KRA: Task / Activities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Explain company services/products and address customer queries
- Convert incoming leads into successful sales opportunities
- Maintain customer data and follow-up records in system/email
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Daily/Monthly inbound call handling efficiency
- Lead conversion ratio
- Customer satisfaction and response quality
- Timely follow-up and reporting accuracy
- Achievement of assigned sales targets
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to operate email and Google Drive/MS Office
- Customer handling and persuasion skills
- Basic sales and follow-up knowledge

- Experience in TeleSales or Customer Support
