Job Description:

Role Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Sales Executives to handle inbound customer calls, explain services/products, convert leads into customers, and maintain positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

KRA: Task / Activities

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Explain company services/products and address customer queries
  • Convert incoming leads into successful sales opportunities
  • Maintain customer data and follow-up records in system/email
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support

KPI: Performance Metrics

  •  Daily/Monthly inbound call handling efficiency
  •  Lead conversion ratio
  •  Customer satisfaction and response quality
  •  Timely follow-up and reporting accuracy
  •  Achievement of assigned sales targets
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Required Skills

  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to operate email and Google Drive/MS Office
  • Customer handling and persuasion skills
  • Basic sales and follow-up knowledge

Preferred skills

  • Experience in TeleSales or Customer Support
  • Knowledge of CRM tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills
  • Strong follow-up capabilities
