Job Description:

Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Chartered Accountant cum Accounts
Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the complete finance, accounts, purchase
analysis, and inventory management operations of the organization. The candidate should
possess strong expertise in accounting, taxation, audit coordination, MIS reporting,
budgeting, inventory valuation, procurement controls, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Control
 Manage end-to-end accounting operations and financial transactions.
 Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
 Monitor cash flow, fund flow, working capital, and banking operations.
 Implement strong internal financial controls and accounting systems.
Purchase & Inventory Management
 Maintain deep oversight on purchase processes, vendor accounting, and procurement
controls.
 Monitor inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and material consumption analysis.
 Ensure proper accounting of raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and spare inventory.
 Analyze purchase costs, vendor performance, and inventory turnover ratios.
 Coordinate with purchase, stores, and production departments for stock accuracy and
cost control.
 Develop systems to minimize inventory loss, wastage, and excess stock holding.
 Ensure proper implementation of inventory audits and physical stock verification
processes.
 Monitor ERP-based inventory and material management systems.

Taxation & Compliance
 Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
 Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory submissions.
 Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Audit & Reporting
 Lead internal and statutory audit processes.
 Prepare MIS reports, profitability analysis, costing reports, and management
dashboards.
 Analyze cost structures and suggest financial improvements.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
 Prepare annual budgets and monitor budget utilization.
 Conduct variance analysis and cost optimization initiatives.
Team Management
 Lead and supervise the accounts, stores, and finance coordination teams.
 Develop SOPs and streamline accounting and inventory processes.

Required Qualifications
• Chartered Accountant (C.A.) – Mandatory
• Additional qualification in Finance, Costing, or Supply Chain Management will be an added
advantage.

Experience Requirements
 5–15+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
 Strong experience in purchase accounting and inventory management is mandatory.
 Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors preferred.
