Job Description:

Responsibility / Job Profile

  1. Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office).
  3. Plan, schedule, and execute daily production activities.
  4. Coordinate closely with the Project Team to understand project requirements, priorities, and delivery schedules.
  5. Prepare detailed production schedules and ensure all activities are carried out as per the planned timeline.
  6. Prepare and maintain necessary ISO documents and related quality records.
  7. Maintain proper documentation including production reports, and material consumption.
  8. Coordinate with the logistics team for packing planning, dispatch schedules, and preparation of packing lists and dispatch documents.
  9. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to production, project status, and dispatch activities.
  10. Support cross-functional coordination between project, production, and logistics departments to ensure smooth execution of work and timely delivery.
  11. Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and maintain a safe working environment.
  12. Monitor fabrication operations such as cutting, bending, welding, and assembly.
  13. Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines and quality standards.
  14. Coordinate with quality, design, and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
  15. Ensure adherence to fabrication standards, IS Codes, specifications, and company procedures.
  16. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
