- Handle installation, servicing, and maintenance of solar power systems and related equipment.
- Visit customer sites for troubleshooting, repair, and technical support activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning and performance of solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems.
- Attend customer complaints and resolve service issues within timelines.
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams for efficient service delivery.
- Maintain service records, reports, and customer feedback documentation.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine system inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company service procedures.
- Guide customers regarding system usage, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support AMC and after-sales service operations when required.
- Candidates with electrical, solar, or technical service experience preferred.
