Finance Manager

Job Description:

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager from the Civil / Infrastructure / Construction industry to manage end-to-end finance operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, and project finance activities. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to coordinate with management, auditors, banks, and project teams.

KRA: Task / Activities

• Manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle GST, TDS, taxation, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and project-level financials
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and financial institutions
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory regulations and audit requirements
• Support management with MIS reports and financial insights
• Supervise finance and accounts team activities

KPI: Performance Metrics

• Timely and accurate financial reporting
• Zero compliance delays and penalties
• Effective cash flow and working capital management
• Budget vs actual variance control
• Smooth audit completion and reporting
