Job Description:
- Process parameters monitoring & controlling in building and curing area
- New product development activity & Tyre Engg and heat engineering specification preparation.
- Thermocouple Green Tyre preparation, of new product development.
- Cure Cycle preparation and existing cure cycle time optimization based on TC study.
- Blow point study at tyre curing press and Press validation.
- Thermocouple study of new development and regular tyres.
- Monitoring of curing process critical parameters and chart analysis & erratic heat tyre analysis.
- Daily Scraped tyre and bladder classification.
