HR & Admin Executive / Officer
Job Description:
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive / Officer to manage day-to-day human resource and administrative operations in our manufacturing and fabrication facility. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment support, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance coordination, attendance and payroll assistance, employee engagement, facility administration, and maintaining smooth workplace operations.
The ideal candidate should have experience in handling factory HR practices, employee relations, labor compliance coordination, office administration, and vendor management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and exit processes.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, shift schedules, and overtime records.
- Assist payroll processing by maintaining attendance and statutory inputs.
- Coordinate employee confirmations, appraisals, promotions, and transfers.
- Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
- Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Maintain HRMIS / employee database updates.
- Support implementation of HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
- Conduct employee orientation and training coordination.
Administration Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration and facility management.
- Coordinate housekeeping, pantry, security, transport, and maintenance activities.
- Manage office assets, inventory, stationery, and procurement coordination.
- Handle vendor coordination and service contracts.
- Ensure smooth operation of office infrastructure and utilities.
- Monitor AMC renewals and office equipment maintenance.
- Manage travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics support.
- Maintain records of visitors, gate passes, and access control.
Compliance & Statutory Coordination
- Coordinate statutory compliance documentation related to:
- PF / ESIC
- Factory Act compliance
- Shop & Establishment
- Contract labor compliance
- Labor law documentation
- Assist during audits and inspections.
- Ensure employee documentation compliance.

Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of relevant HR & Admin experience
- Experience in manufacturing / fabrication / factory environment preferred
- Exposure to labor law compliance coordination
- Experience in employee engagement and plant administration
- Knowledge of attendance and payroll support systems
