Job Description:

Purpose

The Head of Finance & Legal is responsible for overseeing the financial health and legal integrity of ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and quality standards, while supporting strategic decision-
making and sustainable business growth.

Scope

This role encompasses:
● Financial planning, reporting, and control 
● Legal compliance and risk management 
● Corporate governance and regulatory adherence 
● Contract management and advisory

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives
● Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
● Oversee accounting, cash flow, and financial reporting

Ensure accuracy, transparency, and strong internal controls
● Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and healthcare regulations
● Liaise with legal advisors and regulatory authorities
● Manage contracts, negotiations, and legal documentation
● Identify and mitigate financial and legal risks; handle disputes
● Establish governance frameworks and coordinate audits (internal & external)
● Ensure adherence to ISO and compliance standards
● Lead and develop finance and legal teams
● Drive performance, accountability, and ethical practices

Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field 
● CA / CPA / CFA and/or LLB / LLM preferred 
● 10–18 years of experience in finance and legal roles, with leadership responsibility 
● Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sector preferred
