Customer Support
Job Description:
- Maintain and update customer databases using CRM software.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Support marketing campaigns through targeted customer communication.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Track and analyze customer data to identify buying patterns and loyalty opportunities.
- Generate periodic reports on customer engagement, complaints, and resolutions.
- Assist in planning and executing customer retention and loyalty programs.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of customer information.
- Maintain a professional image while representing the brand to customers.
Other Details:
- Working Time: 8.5 hours (Flexible shift between 7:00 am – 12:30 pm)
- Working Days: 6 Days (Rotational Off)
- Location: Marine Lines
- Experience: 1 Year
- Candidate will be on Talisman’s Payroll
