RICE MILL SUPERVISOR FOR RICE MILL - BILASPUR , CHHATTISGARH

• Production Management: Oversee the end-to-end milling process—from raw paddy intake, cleaning, and parboiling to husking, polishing, grading, and packaging. [1, 2]
• Quality Control: Monitor critical parameters such as moisture content, broken grain percentage, and foreign matter to meet industry standards. [1, 2]
• Team Leadership: Manage shift schedules, train plant operators and laborers, and track attendance and daily labor requirements. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure machinery runs efficiently, coordinate routine servicing, and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime. [1, 2]
• Inventory & Record Keeping: Track daily production output, manage raw material and finished goods inventory, and prepare management reports. [1, 2]
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene regulations, and workplace safety protocols on the shop floor. [1, 2]
