Job Description:
A Field Sales Representative for a personal care manufacturing company drives revenue by acquiring new B2B clients, promoting cosmetic and hygiene products, and managing distributor relationships within their assigned territory. They are responsible for market expansion, lead generation, and meeting strict regional sales targets. [1, 2]
Core Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and pitch to salons, spas, retail chains, and distributors for bulk or private-label personal care products. [1]
- Product Promotion: Conduct face-to-face demonstrations, showcase product catalogs (skincare, haircare, hygiene), and distribute samples to prospective buyers. [1, 2]

Key Qualifications

- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software.
