Role Overview:
The CEO/President will be responsible for overall strategic leadership, operational excellence, and profitability of the Chemicals and Paper businesses. The role demands a seasoned leader capable of driving growth, optimizing performance, and managing multi-location industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to both business verticals
• Drive profitability, growth, and operational efficiency
• Oversee plant operations, commercial functions, and business development
• Strengthen systems, processes, and performance management frameworks
• Lead business expansion, capacity utilization, and cost optimization initiatives
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and sustainability standards
• Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams
• Engage with key stakeholders including board members, clients, and partners

Candidate Profile

• Qualifications: Engineering degree with MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) with MBA
• Experience: Proven experience as CEO / Business Head / Profit Centre Head, Managed organizations with minimum turnover of ₹300 Crores, Strong exposure to Industrial/manufacturing sectors, preferably: Industrial Chemicals, Paper, Process Industries, Manufacturing Plants
• Preference: Candidates from Gujarat-based industrial chemical companies will be preferred
• Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent decision-making ability, Proven ability to work in challenging and dynamic environments, Strong commercial and business acumen, Experience in handling multi-location operations, Good communication skills.
• Leadership Attributes: Decisive and result-oriented, Strong people management and leadership skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, High level of integrity and professionalism, Strong networking and stakeholder management skills, Adaptability and quick learning ability
• Travel Requirements: Frequent visits to plants at Vapi and Aurangabad, limited additional travel as per business needs

• Candidate should have strong exposure to industrial chemical manufacturing environments
• Experience in handling both technical and commercial functions will be a significant advantage
