Sales Manager – ORS (PMFP)
Job Description:
Role Overview: Drive sales and distribution of ORS products across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop complete network for ORS Sales
- Expand distribution network and retail presence over a period.
- Prepare annual business plan, achieve sales targets and market penetration
- Plan and conduct promotional activities and campaigns as per Company’s decision and market requirements.
- Develop and mentor team members on the ground, wherever required for business growth.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA with a 8–10 years of extensive experience.
- Experience of working in FMCG/Pharma -OTC sales
- Worked with reputed companies like FDC , CIPLA, J&J , Sun Pharma , Zydus etc
- Strong channel management experience, good knowledge about the distribution partners CFA/SS/Distributors etc.,
- Strong relationship with the channel partners.
