Supervisor- Production

Job Description:

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plant processes through Distributed Control System (DCS)

• Handle continuous & batch process operations from control room

• Monitor critical parameters like temperature, pressure, flow, level

• Ensure safe handling of exothermic reactions / bromination processes

• Maintain production targets as per shift plan

• Coordinate with field operators for smooth operations

• Maintain batch records & log sheets

• Identify abnormalities and take corrective actions

• Ensure compliance with EHS & SOP guidelines

• Support during plant startup & shutdown activities

✅ Required Skills:

• Experience in DCS systems (Honeywell / Yokogawa / Siemens preferred)

• Knowledge of chemical reaction handling

• Basic understanding of P&ID and process flow diagrams

• Good troubleshooting skills

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
