Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated candidate to support the management and monitoring of
trustee services assignments. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements,
maintaining documentation, and assisting in safeguarding the interests of debenture/ stake holders.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update records related to client issues
• Coordinate with issuers, debenture holders, and regulatory authorities
• Support in preparation and review of reports, notices, and correspondence
• Ensure timely filing of documents with regulatory bodies (e.g., SEBI, stock exchanges)
• Assist in due diligence and documentation for new mandates
• Handle investor queries and communication professionally
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of basic finance principles
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
• Accuracy and timeliness in documentation and reporting
• Compliance tracking efficiency
• Responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders
• Quality of communication and coordination
