Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented International Sales Manager to drive business growth across the USA, Europe, and Asia markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international B2B sales of botanical extracts, nutraceutical ingredients, or dietary supplement ingredients and a proven track record of managing global customers and developing new business opportunities.

The selected candidate will own the complete sales cycle, manage existing international accounts, identify new market opportunities, and contribute significantly to global expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing international customer accounts transferred from the marketing team.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market penetration across the USA, Europe, and Asia.
  • Drive end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, prospecting, customer acquisition, negotiations, order closure, and account management.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with nutraceutical companies, dietary supplement manufacturers, food ingredient companies, and distributors.
  • Identify emerging market trends, customer requirements, and competitive intelligence to support business growth.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations with international clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, Regulatory, and Marketing teams to align product offerings with market requirements.
  • Represent the organization at international trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking events.
  • Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis for management review.
  • Travel internationally as required for business development and customer relationship management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of botanical extracts, nutraceutical ingredients, dietary supplements, and functional food industries.
  • Knowledge of global trade regulations, export documentation, international logistics, and contract management.
  • Experience managing distributor networks and key accounts in international markets.
  • Ability to build relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a customer-focused approach.
