Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategic B2B marketing initiatives across the U.S. and European markets within the botanical ingredients, nutraceuticals, and dietary supplement industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand building, market development, digital marketing, and product positioning, with experience promoting scientifically validated and clinically supported ingredient brands.
The role requires a strategic thinker capable of driving market expansion, strengthening brand visibility, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase market share in the U.S. and European markets.
- Build, position, and manage branded ingredient platforms with a focus on scientific validation and market differentiation.
- Lead B2B marketing initiatives including digital marketing campaigns, content marketing, lead generation, trade shows, webinars, and industry events.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights studies to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop effective product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for global markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with nutraceutical brands, dietary supplement manufacturers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Drive corporate branding, public relations, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, Regulatory, and Product Development teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Manage digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
- Ensure marketing communications comply with regulatory requirements and industry guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and ROI metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor marketing team members while providing strategic direction and support.
- Represent the organization at international exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
- Travel internationally as required for business development and brand promotion activities.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing within Nutraceuticals, Botanical Ingredients, Herbal Extracts, Dietary Supplements, Functional Foods, or related industries.
- Strong experience in U.S. and/or European markets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in brand management and branded ingredient marketing.
- Experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Proven experience in product positioning, value proposition development, and pricing strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in market research, business intelligence, and competitive analysis.
- Ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
