Job Description:

Job Title: Civil Project Engineer

Location: Mumbai - Lower Parel (Travel across project sites in India as required)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

Weekly Off: 2nd and 4th Saturdays

Preferred Industry Background: Roads, Highways, or Sports Infrastructure

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Project Engineer to manage the planning, execution, and completion of sports infrastructure projects across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute civil construction projects from inception to completion.

• Manage the end-to-end development of sports facilities and infrastructure projects across multiple locations.

• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to project schedules.

• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders for seamless project execution.

• Manage procurement activities, vendor selection, material sourcing, and contractor performance.

• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and project documentation.

• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays and cost overruns.

• Assist in project budgeting, cost estimation, and resource planning.

• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil construction, project execution, and site management.

• Experience in handling infrastructure or commercial construction projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Excel.

• Excellent project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sports infrastructure, recreational facilities, courts, or related construction projects.

• Knowledge of project costing, budgeting, and contract management.

• Passion for sports and infrastructure development will be an added advantage.
