Job Description:
- Responsible for assembly line operations, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical assembly, testing, and quality checks.
- Knowledge of conveyor systems, assembly fixtures, pneumatic tools, and material flow.
- Identify and resolve production, process, and equipment-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct product testing, inspection, and validation as per quality standards.
- Monitor production targets, line efficiency, and manpower utilization.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity requirements.
