  Must Have Experience: Responsible for manpower allocation and managing daily production activities. Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly processes and engineering drawing interpretation. Well-versed in 5S, Kaizen, and Quality Tools (including identification and reduction of the 7 wastes). Hands-on experience in assembly shop operations and efficiently resolving routine issues on the assembly line.
