Job Description:

Key Responsibility:

1.Lead Management & Business Development

Handle and respond to inquiries received through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, company website, inbound calls, emails, and other lead generaƟon plaƞorms.

 Qualify prospecƟve customers and idenƟfy business opportuniƟes.

 Generate new B2B business by converƟng inquiries into orders.

 Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.

 IdenƟfy potenƟal distributors, wholesalers, retailers, insƟtuƟonal buyers, and private label customers.

 

2. Sales & Client RelaƟonship Management

 Develop and maintain strong relaƟonships with exisƟng and prospecƟve customers.

 Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product soluƟons.

 Prepare and share quotaƟons, product informaƟon, samples, and pricing details.

 NegoƟate commercial terms and close sales deals.

 Ensure high levels of customer saƟsfacƟon and retenƟon.

 

3. Account Handling & Order CoordinaƟon

Manage complete customer accounts from inquiry to order fulfillment.

 Coordinate with producƟon, dispatch, and logisƟcs teams to ensure Ɵmely execuƟon of orders.

 Keep customers informed about order status, dispatch schedules, and deliveries.

 Resolve customer concerns and ensure smooth order processing.

4. Market Development & Growth

Explore new market opportuniƟes and customer segments across the domesƟc market.

 Conduct compeƟtor and market research to idenƟfy business trends.

 ParƟcipate in exhibiƟons, trade fairs, and industry events when required.

 Support the development of new business strategies to increase market penetraƟon.

5. ReporƟng & MIS

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, customer interacƟons, quotaƟons, and sales acƟviƟes.

 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

 Track lead conversion rates and sales performance metrics.

 Update CRM and sales management systems regularly.

6. Payment Follow-up & Commercial CoordinaƟon

 Coordinate with customers regarding payments and outstanding dues.

 Follow up on pending payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.

 Work closely with the accounts team to ensure smooth financial transacƟons.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, MarkeƟng, Commerce, or a related field.

 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.

 Experience handling IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website inquiries, and inbound sales leads.

 Strong communicaƟon, negoƟaƟon, and relaƟonship-building skills.

 Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM tools.

 Ability to manage mulƟple customer accounts and follow-ups efficiently.

 Self-moƟvated, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Prior experience in the sanitary napkin, hygiene products, FMCG, personal care, medical disposables, or healthcare products industry will be highly preferred.

 Experience working with private label/OEM manufacturing businesses is an added advantage.

 Understanding of distributor, wholesale, and insƟtuƟonal sales channels.

 Strong follow-up and closing skills with a proacƟve mindse
