Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive Government and Institutional Sales across Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, building relationships with government bodies and institutional clients, and driving project sales within the fenestration industry.
Mandatory Candidate Requirement
Candidates must have prior experience exclusively in one or more of the following industries:
- uPVC Window & Door Systems
- uPVC Profiles
- Aluminium Window & Door Systems
- Fenestration Industry
Candidates from unrelated industries will not be considered.
Preference will be given to candidates currently working with or having worked for:
- Leading uPVC Profile Manufacturers
- Aluminium Window System Brands
- Fenestration Companies
- Authorized Channel Partners
- Fabrication Partners
- Building Material Companies specializing in Window & Door Systems
Key Responsibilities
Government & Institutional Sales
- Generate business from Government Departments, PSUs, Educational Institutions, Healthcare Projects, Infrastructure Projects, and other institutional clients across Delhi NCR.
- Identify, track, and pursue tender-based opportunities and government procurement projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, architects, project management consultants, and procurement teams.
- Drive product specifications and approvals in government and institutional projects.
Business Development & Project Sales
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Identify new projects and business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and project stakeholders to maximize project conversion.
- Ensure continuous growth of the project sales pipeline.
Channel & Partner Management
- Work closely with channel partners and fabrication partners to identify and convert project opportunities.
- Support partners in project execution and customer engagement activities.
- Strengthen the company’s network within the fenestration ecosystem.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
- Provide regular market feedback and sales forecasts to management.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and business penetration.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Government Sales, Institutional Sales, Project Sales, or Specification Sales within the uPVC, Aluminium Window System, or Fenestration Industry.
- Strong network with Government Departments, PSUs, Architects, Consultants, Builders, Contractors, and Institutional Buyers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing project business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth across Delhi NCR.
